Refilwe Shelma Ditoronyane is an alumnus of the Trust class of 2011. She obtained a Diploma in Accounting from CPUT in 2010, a Baccalaureans Technologiae in Taxation from CPUT in 2011, and a certificate in Forensic Auditing from the University of South Africa. Currently, Shelma is pursuing an Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences (Management Accounting) with the University of South Africa.

Shelma embarked on her career journey in 2012 when she joined the Trust as the Finance Officer. Fresh from university, she was given the opportunity to learn and grow within the Finance department, allowing her to demonstrate the knowledge she gained during her four years at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, where she holds a National Diploma.
